Cooperative Capital engages and educates aspiring investors before assisting them in developing their own investment vehicles and starting their investment journeys.

HERE IS HOW OUR 4-STEP MODEL WORKS:

Step 1 - Join Our Network

Aspiring resident investors and community stakeholders sign up on our website, join our network and begin connecting with fellow residents in their communities. During this step, individuals can also spread the word in their respective communities and encourage their friends, families, and neighbors to sign up.

Step 2 - Get Onboarded

Once a user has signed up to join our network, they will attend at least three community meetings to (1) meet fellow aspiring investors in their community, (2) learn basic financial principles that will equip them as investors, and (3) learn about the investment vehicles that can help them achieve their collective goals.

Step 3 - Form Investment Vehicle

When a respective community group has 50+ interested individuals formally registered on our platform, Cooperative Capital organizes the interested parties and facilitates the creation of a community-based investment vehicle. This process will include an in-depth assessment of the investment vehicles that can be formed to meet the group’s collective investment goals and needs.

*Membership for each club will be limited to 100 individuals maximum, in line with federal law.*

Step 4 - Make Community-Based Investment

Cooperative Capital will support investment vehicles to make tangible investments within their respective communities, providing education as well as prospective opportunities for their initial investments. We will also provide support such as due diligence of investment opportunities for clubs prior to aid in their final decision-making.
